Brzinska štrudla s jabukama za vikend ispred nas

Štrudla s jabukama
Potrebni sastojci:
jabuke – 1.5 kg
gotove kore – 500 g
šećer – 8 velikih žlica
vanilin šećer – 1 kom.
cimet – mala žlica
maslac – 80 g
rum – 30 ml
šećer u prahu
I. KORAK:
Jabuke oguliti i prepoloviti na kockice. Dodati šećer, vanilin šećer, cimet i rum. Kratko prodinstati dok jabuke ne omekšaju.
II. KORAK:
Odvojiti pet gotovih kora i premazati ih premazom od maslaca.
III. KORAK
Staviti pola nadjeva od jabuka i zarolati u štrudlu. Složiti u pleh za pečenje i peći 30 minuta na 180 stupnjeva. Prethodno dobro namastiti tijesto.
IV. KORAK:
Kad je štrudla gotova, narezati je i posuti sa šećerom u prahu.
